These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 366bd website and platform, including sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and all other products and services made available by 366bd to registered players. All monetary amounts referenced in these terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

By registering an account with 366bd, you agree to the following terms governing the creation, maintenance and security of your account.

Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of the device you use to access 366bd, including keeping your device's operating system and browser up to date and not accessing your account from unsecured public networks where avoidable.
• 2.5366bd may close or suspend accounts that are found to be inactive for a prolonged period, accounts associated with fraudulent activity, or accounts that are found to have breached these Terms & Conditions. In cases of account closure for breach, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable clause.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

366bd processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the payment methods supported at the time of the transaction. All funds held in player accounts are denominated in Taka.

Deposits

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 366bd, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank) may impose their own transaction limits which will apply independently of these terms.
• 3.2Deposits are credited to your 366bd account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard processing via bKash and Nagad is completed within two minutes under normal network conditions. 366bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or by network congestion.
• 3.3You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third-party sources into your 366bd account, is strictly prohibited. Such deposits may be reversed without notice.

Withdrawals

• 3.4The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. 366bd targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 9 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• 3.5All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. 366bd may request that you complete KYC verification before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or where there are reasonable grounds to verify the source of funds.
• 3.6In the event that a player account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 366bd reserves the right to withhold the balance of any funds held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or collusion is established, all funds may be forfeited. Where the closure is administrative, eligible funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may vary by market, event and player tier. 366bd reserves the right to reduce the maximum bet limit applicable to any player account at any time without prior notice.

• 5.5In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, game freeze or software error — the session will be reviewed against server-side records. Prohibited Conduct

• 6.1Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, and any attempt to obtain funds or bonuses through misrepresentation, is prohibited. Accounts associated with fraudulent activity will be closed and all funds forfeited. 366bd will pursue all available legal remedies in cases of fraud.
• 6.2Collusion between players — including the exchange of information about hands, cards or game states in live casino games, coordinated betting to exploit market inefficiencies, and any form of chip dumping — is prohibited. 366bd uses automated pattern detection to identify collusion and will act on any credible evidence found.
• 6.3Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology that artificially replicates or assists human play on the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of betting calculators or software that places bets automatically or at speeds not achievable by a human player acting manually.
